Why FibroSoul Exists

Too many people living with fibromyalgia are told to simply endure it. That the pain, exhaustion, brain fog, and loss of vitality are things to quietly "manage" with little guidance beyond medication and generic advice that doesn't account for real life.

You deserve more than that. You deserve clear, grounded guidance that helps you understand what's happening in your body, make sense of your symptoms, and find a way forward that actually works in real life.

FibroSoul brings

I created FibroSoul to offer something different because I know what it feels like to be dismissed, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn. I've lived with fibromyalgia and chronic pain for more than 25 years. I'm also a nationally certified, master-level fibromyalgia health coach with four decades of experience in nutrition, fitness, and holistic wellness. The combination of science and lived experience is the foundation of everything here.

Fibromyalgia is complex, and each person's body responds differently. Knowing what to do isn't always the same as being able to do it. FibroSoul exists to bridge that gap, bridging together lived experience and current science to translate this complexity into something understandable and practical that you can apply to your everyday life.

Whether you were just diagnosed or have been navigating fibromyalgia for years, this is a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can learn at your own pace, make sense of your symptoms, and find a way forward that actually works in your life.

Most of all, FibroSoul exists so that no one has to walk this path alone. This is a place to feel understood, informed, and supported as you learn how to live well with fibromyalgia.

Movement is one of the most powerful tools for reducing fibromyalgia pain when it's the right kind. Movement explores the exercise and movement practices that build strength, reduce pain, and work with your body rather than against it, with practical steps to get started at any level.

“Living with fibromyalgia is not a measure of weakness, but of quiet strength, showing up each day, listening to your body, and choosing to support your health and well-being is a kind of courage the world will never fully see, but your soul will always know.”
